UPDATE ON SECURE FLIGHT PROGRAM: Message for ALL Travelers
As a security measure all airline passengers traveling within the U.S. are now being checked against terrorist watch lists through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Secure Flight Program.
Covington collects and automatically adds TSA-required information to all airline reservations records in order to prevent any inconvenience or delay to our clients during the check-in process. Passengers will be required to provide their name as it appears on a government ID, birth date, gender and redress number (if applicable) to their travel agent or airline when making a reservation.
Please keep in mind that on or after November 1, 2010, reservations that do not include full Secure Flight Passenger Data will be rejected by the TSA, causing travel delays or possible cancellation of reservations.
