Six travel advisors at Covington International Travel have recently renewed their certification as Certified Sandals Specialists, (CSS). They have joined an elite group of travel agents recognized by Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts as experts in the Caribbean's Luxury Included® Resorts.

To earn the CSS designation, agents must learn detailed information on all of the company's resorts and amenities. Susan Morris Morrow, Vacation Travel Manager for Covington International Travel, notes that CSS agents are uniquely equipped to assist travelers in planning vacations that fit their lifestyle and budget. "We are able to provide customers with expert advice and inside information regarding the various Sandals properties and destinations," says Susan. A Covington CSS agent listens to what clients want, educates them about available options, and counsels them to insure that the resort matches their needs and expectations.

Karen Kilyk, Covington International Travel Advisor and CSS Specialist used her skills in planning a wedding on a public beach in Negril. "I worked closely with the Beaches staff to make sure that every detail was managed properly," Karen said. She worked with the onsite wedding planner on behalf of the client, to arrange the ceremony location, flowers, photography, music, and the reception. Karen's CSS knowledge was invaluable to navigating the myriad options, logistics, and details of planning a destination wedding.
